Who are we?
&COMPANY is a dynamic outreach performance troupe serving the beautiful Grand Valley of Colorado. Consisting of performers from every age and experience level, we strive to provide a community established on the foundations of collaboration, volunteering, and spreading positivity. We call ourselves &COMPANY because we truly thrive as individuals when we keep good company. We have been providing performance and volunteer opportunities in our community for 6+ years and we are now a local non-profit, performing arts organization! We pride ourselves in being dynamic, versatile and expressive while sharing our passions for the arts, working together and collaborating with other organizations. Whether it’s performing a few sing & dance-along numbers, caroling for our seniors, creating a themed event, putting on a show or supporting others as patrons, we are proud, humbled and thrilled to be a part of the experience!

Lana Leigh Rogal
Artistic Director
Lana Rogal is a third-generation Dance & Performance Arts instructor, loving Mother & Wife, award-winning Choreographer, seasoned Performer & Entertainer, Director, Event Coordinator & Props Designer. She has over 30+ years of teaching experience, of all ages, across the Midwest in many genres including: Tap, A cappella/Rhythm Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Break Dance, Acrobatics, Self Defense, Power Tumbling, Cheerleading, Stunting, Ballroom/ Social Dancing, Competitive & Recreational Dance, Cheer, Theatre & Performance.
Mrs. Lana takes pride in creating a positive environment that encourages progressive learning and fosters a passion for the arts. She has been appreciated professionally as a Choreographer, Instructor, Featured Performer, Director & Coordinator for many local and national organizations, including schools, theatre companies, dance studios, and more.
The stage is her happy place!
What we do…
We Sing! We Dance! We Act!
We also Volunteer, Support, Instruct and Entertain here in Colorado.
Through community involvement, we help people enjoy themselves, create and foster performance and communication skills, raise funds and awareness in our community, and connect people with opportunities in the Performing Arts. With our positivity-focused environment, we help people find somewhere supportive to belong, build confidence and life skills, and create healthy relationships. Performers, crew, supporters and audience will find memorable, positive and valuable experiences with &COMPANY.
We love what we do, who we do it with & it shows! Our first venture was putting on a full-length musical in November 2022. And WE DID IT!!! ‘SNOOPY!!! The Musical’ was truly a success! Along with our 2nd Full length musical, Disney’s Descendants in July 2023, our 2024 Summer Musical CHICAGO and our Youth & Teen Summer Theatre Experience 2024!
With incredibly talented cast and crew members, many amazing volunteers, collaborations, local sponsors and businesses and such a supportive community, &COMPANY is able to continue offering opportunities thru the Arts. We also host a community outreach preview night. This event gives our community/Audience members an opportunity to help us raise funds yearly to donate to local organizations and positively impact our community.
